Healthy Balanced Diet Advice

We all go on and off those healthy diets at some point, for various different reasons we want to change the way we eat, some will suceed, but very often people will not and most people give up.. well im here to tell you that it can be a lot easier than you think it is!

Fruit and Vegetables are the easiest way to eat healthy, fruit especially becaue most fruit are already prepared and good to eat so instead of grabbing the chocolate bar, next time go for some fruit instead.. if you are a real chocoaholic like myself you have to pratcise having strong will and going for the more healthy option, what i find easy is thinking about how the chocolate is going to bring out spots and what its going to do to the inside of my body compared to what a piece of fruit will do .. believe me once you master this you will feel so good about yourself everytime you go to pick up a piece of fruit, and therefore your confidence will grow and your skin will glow.

Stop drinking fizzy drinks, they are incredibly bad for your health and some like coke contain acid which cannot be good at all for the inside of your body. you have probably heard it time and time again but Water is the best thing you can drink EVER. trust me i have tested it out and only after one day of drinking the recommended amount of water changed my skin.. my skin is naturally very sensitive but drinking 8 glasses of water a day has really helped me and i wouldn't replace water for anything now since it has started making me feel so confident about myself. You are recommended to drink 2 glasses of milk a day and this isn't hard at all, one glass with your dinner and one before bed...pfftt it's easy peasy.. milk is the best thing to give you heathier and stronger bones.. i have also tested this theory it works miracles.

Cravings are a big disadvantage of trying to eat healthy.. the easist way to control them is to simply not keep sweets and chocolate in your house, then you will have no choice but to go for the healthier choice! it is not easy to give up these pleasures though so... make one day of the week your reward day.. if you haven't had any sweets or chocolate during the whole week then you can treat yourself to something nice.

Nutrition is a BIG part of your life and eating healthy will benifit you in many different ways! We should look after ourselves more and respect our bodies, because thats what we deserve..our body is our temple!!

I have tested many different websites to help with Nutrition, the best one i found is http://http://www.sparkpeople.com/ this website is amazing.. you can plan your daily routine in terms of fitness and nutrition and you can plan your meals and see how many calories you are consuming each day, it is a Brilliant website.. one i use myself i highly recommend it to anyone and there is even a teens version of it http://http://www.sparkteens.com/ this will encourage teens to look after themselves and become more healthy, it has fun ways of teaching your children how to take care of their bodies.
